We ship worldwide, and we have access to many different shipping services. UPS is our default and primary shipping method, other carriers may be used upon request, contact us and we will see which shipping method is available. Shipping and expediting fees are never refundable, no exception. Return shipping is never covered by Koala-t cut gems. For international shipping, we will never intentionally lower the declared value of any item or misrepresent the contents of a shipment to avoid or reduce customs taxes and/or duties. The buyer is responsible for any applicable customs fees. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs inspection.

All orders sent are insured and will require a signature on delivery. Orders may be shipped by US mail, Express Mail Service or Federal Express. Some countries may charge additional tarifs, duties, customs charges or taxes. These will be the responsibility of the recipient for payment and will be billed as such.
